The official wiki files this as a Block (not an Item as an earlier version of this pack had it) -- corrected here. "Critical block used in spell forging. When surrounded by Arcane Pedestals, it becomes activated allowing you to place spell forging materials." Crafted with a Runestone, Gold Ingots, Cobblestone and a Crafting Table. Keywords are from viewing the block icon: a dark purple altar block with gold trim/patterns and teal crystal accents.
