How To Get	Craft using a Draconic Tablet, a Tethered Soul Crystal, and Gold Ingots, or obtained through trading with Dragon Tamer Tephra.
Usage	Throw it to capture the nearest tamed Dragon on landing; throw a loaded orb again to release the dragon wherever it lands. Turns blue when it has a dragon stored inside.
